Measurement Guide

How to Measure for Your Custom Wedding Dress

A perfect wedding dress starts with accurate measurements.

At Heuloria, every custom wedding dress is created according to your personal measurements. Providing accurate measurements helps our skilled dressmakers create a gown with the best possible fit, comfort, and silhouette for your special day.

Please carefully follow our measurement guide before submitting your order information.

Before Taking Your Measurements

For the most accurate results:

✔ Wear the shoes and undergarments you plan to wear with your wedding dress.

✔ Ask another person to help you take measurements whenever possible.

✔ Stand naturally with a relaxed posture.

✔ Keep the measuring tape close to your body without pulling it too tight.

✔ Take each measurement twice to ensure accuracy.

Required Measurements

1. Bust

Measure around the fullest part of your bust.

Keep the measuring tape horizontal around your body and avoid pulling it too tightly.

2. Waist

Measure around the smallest part of your natural waistline.

Keep your body relaxed and do not hold your stomach in.

3. Hips

Measure around the fullest part of your hips and hips area.

Make sure the measuring tape remains level around your body.

4. Shoulder Width

Measure from the edge of one shoulder to the other shoulder across your back.

This measurement helps us create a more comfortable upper-body fit.

5. Armhole

Measure around the fullest part of your armhole area.

This helps ensure comfortable movement, especially for dresses with sleeves.

6. Sleeve Length

Measure from the shoulder point to the wrist area following your natural arm position.

Required for long sleeve, bishop sleeve, and other sleeve designs.

7. Hollow to Floor Length

Measure from the hollow point between your collarbones down to the floor while standing straight.

Please wear your wedding shoes or provide your heel height when measuring.

8. Height

Provide your total height including your planned wedding shoes.

Example:

Height without shoes: 165 cm
Heel height: 8 cm

9. Weight

Providing your current weight helps our dressmakers better understand your overall proportions and achieve a more balanced fit.
