Production Time and Shipping Time
Most Heuloria wedding dresses and formal gowns are made to order.
Your total delivery timeline includes:
Production Time + Shipping Time = Estimated Total Delivery Time
Production must be completed before the dress can be shipped. The preparation process may include:
- Order and measurement review
- Pattern adjustment
- Fabric cutting
- Sewing and handmade detailing
- Quality inspection
- Steaming and packaging
Complex designs, customization requests, fabric availability, and peak wedding seasons may affect the production schedule.

FedEx Delivery

Orders with a Fixed Event Date
Wedding dresses and formal gowns are often required for a specific event date. We strongly recommend ordering as early as possible.
Before placing an order, please contact us and provide:
- Product name or product code
- Wedding or event date
- Required delivery date
- Destination country
- Postal code
- Preferred shipping method
Our team will review the production schedule and available shipping options. We will advise whether the requested timeline is reasonably achievable.
A requested delivery date is not automatically guaranteed unless it has been reviewed and confirmed by our team.

Order Tracking
Tracking information will be sent by email or added to your order details after the package has been shipped.
Tracking updates may not appear immediately after shipment. International tracking may also pause temporarily while the parcel is:
- Waiting for customs clearance
- Transferred between carriers
- Handed over to a local delivery company
- Waiting for a local delivery scan
A temporary pause in tracking does not necessarily mean that the package has stopped moving.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges required by the destination country.
These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are generally the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Heuloria cannot control or accurately predict customs charges for every country or region.
Customs clearance may also affect the final delivery time.

Customers may be responsible for additional charges or delays caused by an incorrect address, incomplete information, an unavailable recipient, or an unsuccessful delivery attempt.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address error. An address may not be changed after the package has been shipped.
Package Inspection
When your package arrives, please check the outer packaging before opening it.
If the package appears severely damaged, please:
- Take clear photos or a video of the outer packaging
- Keep the original package and shipping label
- Check the dress carefully
- Contact us promptly with your order number
Photos and videos may be required when contacting the carrier or reviewing a delivery issue.
