At Heuloria, each dress is carefully prepared, inspected, and packaged before shipment. We offer standard international shipping to most supported destinations, while FedEx delivery is available for selected countries and postal codes.

2. Production Time

Most Heuloria wedding dresses and formal gowns are made to order. Production begins after the order has been confirmed and, where applicable, the required measurements or customization details have been received.

Most standard made-to-order dresses require approximately 10–15 business days for production before shipment.

Our preparation and production process may include:

• Order and measurement review;
• Pattern adjustment;
• Fabric cutting;
• Sewing and handmade detailing;
• Quality inspection;
• Steaming and packaging.

Custom sizing, personalized modifications, complex designs, special materials, fabric availability, and peak wedding seasons may require additional production time.

If additional production time is expected for your order, we may contact you before or during production.

3. Production Time + Shipping Time

Your total delivery timeline consists of:

Shipping transit time begins only after production has been completed and the parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Where a special shipping service or FedEx option is not displayed automatically at checkout, please contact us before ordering so that we can confirm availability and the applicable shipping cost.

Shipping transit time varies depending on the destination country, postal code, carrier service, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.

United States: Standard international shipping generally takes approximately 10–15 business days after the order has been completed and shipped.

For other countries and regions, the estimated shipping time depends on the destination and the available carrier service. Where an estimated delivery time is displayed during checkout or on the product page, that estimate should be used as the current reference for the selected destination.

6. Orders with a Fixed Event Date

Wedding dresses and formal gowns are often required for a specific wedding, ceremony, or event date. We strongly recommend ordering as early as possible.

Before placing an order with a fixed delivery deadline, please contact us and provide:

• Product name or product code;
• Wedding or event date;
• Required delivery date;
• Destination country;
• Postal code;
• Preferred shipping method.

Our team will review the current production schedule and available shipping options and advise whether the requested timeline is reasonably achievable.

A requested delivery date is not automatically guaranteed unless it has been reviewed and specifically confirmed by our team.

7. Order Tracking

Tracking information will be sent by email or added to your order details after the package has been shipped.

Tracking updates may not appear immediately after shipment. International tracking may also pause temporarily while the parcel is:

• Waiting for customs clearance;
• Transferred between carriers;
• Handed over to a local delivery company;
• Waiting for a local delivery scan.

A temporary pause in tracking does not necessarily mean that the package has stopped moving.

8. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Heuloria cannot control or accurately predict customs charges for every country or region.

We carefully arrange every shipment, but delays may occasionally occur because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

Customers may be responsible for additional charges or delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, an unavailable recipient, or an unsuccessful delivery attempt.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address error. Once a package has been shipped, an address change may no longer be possible.

11. Package Inspection

When your package arrives, please check the outer packaging before opening it.

If the package appears severely damaged, please:
